SHERRONE MOORE NAMED MICHIGAN'S
HEAD FOOTBALL COACH
University of Michigan Donald R. Shepherd Director of Athletics Warde Manuel announced Friday (Jan. 26) the hiring of Sherrone Moore as the J. Ira and Nicki Harris Family Head Football Coach after six years as an offensive staff member for the Wolverines. Moore becomes the 21st head football coach in school history and is the first African American to lead the nation’s winningest program in college football history.
2024 SEASON TICKETS
On December 29, 2023 Michigan Athletics announced season tickets will increase for the first time since 2021. Season tickets are increasing from $77.50 per game to $82.50 per game for a total of $660 for the upcoming eight-game home slate.
NEW 2024 PRICING TIERS
Pricing tiers at Michigan Stadium are being modernized to better align with current ticketing standards across the industry, and the changes will result in updates to Preferred Seat Contributions (PSCs). Traditionally, Michigan Stadium had five tiers for Michigan Stadium. The previous tiers were: Victors, Valiant, Maize, Blue, and End Zone.
New in 2024, the Victors and Valiant tiers will be split into east and west, and each of the seven tiers will now have a lower, middle, and upper tier, creating a total of 21 tiers. View the video and chart below to see the changes.

The Wolverines will open their 145th season of gridiron action with five straight home games. Michigan hosts non-conference games highlighted with Texas on Saturday, September 7. The Wolverines will face three of the new members of the Big Ten conference, hosting USC and Oregon and traveling out to Washington in a rematch of the 2023 national championship.
